		<description>So the Taliban are actually weak, and don&#039;t represent more than a teeeeny tiny fraction of the population of Afghanistan.  Despite this, they&#039;ll not only take over Afghanistan, but then destabilize Pakistan, despite the Pakistani military being their major patrons.   And then the world!
